Reviews, built in

Every review gets its own link.

Send customers one link by text or WhatsApp. They leave stars and a few words right on your business page, with no account. Each review then lives on its own page that you, the customer and Google can find, share and read.

  • Free with every page
  • No app, no account

They texted me photos of my brakes

Never had a shop show me the actual worn pads before. Price matched the quote exactly. Finally a mechanic I trust.

How it works

From a text message to a page Google can read.

1

Send your link

Every page has a review link at /b/your-name/review. Text it, WhatsApp it, print it on a receipt or put it in a QR code at the counter.

2

The customer writes it

Stars, a name, an optional headline and a few sentences. No account and no app. It takes under a minute on a phone.

3

It gets its own page

The review appears on your page and at its own address, with a title, the rating, the date and schema.org Review markup.

4

It travels

Share buttons on every review: copy link, WhatsApp, text and Facebook. Customers can send their review to friends; you can post it anywhere.

You stay in control

Reply in public. Hide abuse.

Your private edit link is also your review desk. No dashboard to learn and no account to manage.

  • Public repliesWrite a response and it appears under the review, labeled as a response from your business.
  • Hide abuse and spamHide a review that is abusive or not from a real customer. Hidden reviews leave your page, your rating and your markup.
  • Honest ratings onlyYour rating in structured data is built only from real customer reviews, never from sample content.

Good work, long wait

The repair was solid, but my car sat an extra day waiting for a part.
Response from the businessThanks for the honest review. We now confirm parts are in stock before we give a pickup time.

Why their own URLs help

One page per review means more to read, share and cite.

A review stuck inside a widget is hard for crawlers to see. A review on its own page is a small, clear document about your business.

Readable by Google and AI

Each review page is plain HTML with Review markup: who wrote it, the rating, the date and the business it is about. Crawlers do not have to run scripts to find it.

Specific words, real evidence

Customers describe the job in their own words, such as "brakes" or "same-day crown". Those specifics are what assistants look for when they explain why a business fits a question.

Shared links bring people back

When a customer sends their review to a friend, the link opens on your page, with your call button one tap away. A star rating on another platform cannot do that.

Tips for asking

How to get reviews without being awkward.

  1. Ask the same day.Send the link while the job is fresh, ideally right after you finish or the customer picks up.
  2. Ask everyone, not only the happiest.A steady mix of honest reviews reads as more trustworthy than a few perfect ones. Never offer payment or discounts for reviews.
  3. Make it one tap.Text or WhatsApp the link directly. Customers do not need to search for you or create an account.
  4. Suggest what to mention."If you have a second, say what we fixed" leads to specific reviews that help the next customer and help assistants.
  5. Reply to every review.A short thank-you on good ones and a calm, specific reply on critical ones. New customers read the replies too.

"Thanks for choosing us today. If you have a minute, a quick review really helps a small business like ours: thebestweb.site/b/your-name/review"

A message you can copy and adapt. Replace the link with your own.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do customers need an account to leave a review?

No. They open your review link, pick a star rating, add their name and a few words, and submit. It takes under a minute on a phone.

Can I delete bad reviews?

You can hide reviews that are abusive, spam or not from a real customer, from your private edit link. For honest criticism, a calm public reply usually does more for you than hiding it, because new customers read how you respond.

Can I reply to a review?

Yes. Open your edit link, find the review and write a reply. It appears under the review, labeled as a response from your business, on the review's own page and on your main page.

Will my reviews show stars in Google?

Every review is published with schema.org Review markup and your page carries an aggregate rating built from real reviews. Google decides when to show stars, so no one can promise them, but the markup is in place.

Can I import my Google or Yelp reviews?

Not automatically. Those reviews belong to those platforms. The simplest path is to send your review link to recent customers, and keep linking to your Google profile from your page.

Does it cost anything?

No. Reviews are part of the free business page. Create your page and your review link is ready the moment you publish.
